SENTETSU SADO is a modern Japanese tea set, which provides enjoyment and simplicity for your tea ceremony.
The Japanese Tea Ceremony is usually regarded as a very serious and old-fashioned process, intimidating new inexpert users. SENTETSU SADO solves this point, giving all the instruction on how to prepare a perfect tea in a very easy and relaxed way.
SENTETSU SADO collection is mainly made out of two materials, cast iron and ceramic. Cast iron is a traditional material in Japanese tea culture. It makes the water ‘soft & sweet’ enhancing the taste of the tea, it removes chlorine from the water and release divalent iron which is beneficial to health and gives a good taste to the tea. Moreover it distribute the heat uniformly and has a natural resistance to rust. Cast iron is used for the electric kettle and the teapot.
